Can you cancel a Premier Inn booking and get a refund?
Premier Inn cancellation rules depend on the rate: the Flex rate is fully refundable with free cancellation until 1pm on the day of arrival, and the Premier Inn Flex rate can also be paid on arrival at Premier Inn hotels.
The Premier Inn Semi-Flex rate is refundable up to three full days before arrival and the Advance rate up to 28 full days before, while Standard bookings are non-refundable but can be moved at the same hotel until 1pm on arrival day, and Non-Flex bookings cannot be amended or refunded.
Premier Inn says a cancellation refund may take 3-5 working days to reach the account, depending on the card issuer.

What is the Premier Inn Good Night Guarantee?
The Premier Inn Good Night Guarantee lets a guest claim a refund for a night without a great night’s sleep, as long as the problem is first raised with the hotel’s reception team during the stay.
Premier Inn allows up to seven days from check-out to claim when reception could not fix the problem, usually processes Good Night Guarantee refunds within 14 days, and does not apply the guarantee to hub by Premier Inn or ZIP by Premier Inn stays.

Premier Inn lets up to two children under 16 stay free with one full paying adult in its Family rooms at its UK and Ireland hotels.
Premier Inn also lets up to two children under 16 eat breakfast free in the hotel restaurant for each adult who buys a Premier Inn Breakfast or Meal Deal, though the offer does not cover the breakfast box.
