These terms apply to your use of Penny o' Pocket UK (uk.pennyopocket.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. The privacy policy explains how we handle information.
2. What Penny o' Pocket UK is
Penny o' Pocket UK is a free discount aggregator for UK shoppers: discount codes and deals from the shops themselves, plus each shop’s official rules for free delivery, returns, price match and student or NHS discounts — in one place, with the source and date for every fact. Penny o' Pocket UK is not a shop and doesn’t sell products. Using Penny o' Pocket UK is free and doesn’t require an account.
3. Discount codes, deals and shop information
- Discount codes and deals come from the shops, with the conditions each shop sets, such as a minimum spend, eligible products, one use per customer or an end date. The shop decides whether a code is accepted at checkout.
- Shops can change or end a promotion at any time, sometimes before the end date shown on Penny o' Pocket UK. Penny o' Pocket UK doesn’t test every code and can’t promise that a code will work or that a deal will still be available.
- Shop guides show what each shop published on its official pages as of the date shown next to each fact. Shop policies change, and the policy on the shop’s website at the time of your purchase is the one that applies. Check it before you buy.
- Prices, product availability, delivery, returns and refunds are the shop’s responsibility.
4. Purchases are with the shop
When you buy something after leaving Penny o' Pocket UK, the purchase is between you and the shop. Penny o' Pocket UK is not a party to it and doesn’t handle payments, orders, deliveries, returns or refunds. For any problem with an order, contact the shop: your rights as a consumer, such as cancelling an online order or returning a faulty item, are rights against the shop.

6. Acceptable use

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Penny o' Pocket UK and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss that results from using a discount code, a deal, shop information or a shop’s website. In any case, their total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for anything else that the law doesn’t allow to be limited or excluded.
10. Changes
Penny o' Pocket UK can change or discontinue any part of the site at any time. If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and it applies from then on.
11. Your rights under the law
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
